1. Shipping

Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.

Pre-order items begin shipping from February, with timelines varying by design and production schedule.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. Dohrek is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not able to assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your tracking indicates an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

If your package arrives with a defect or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve the situation.

3. Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we are not able to accommodate returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and assist as needed.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made especially for you and therefore cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once the order is placed.

Estimated shipping windows are provided at checkout, but slight variations may occur due to production or supply timelines.
