Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

DOHREK orders are prepared with care and dispatched from France.

France

Orders are shipped with tracking. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

European Union & International

Tracked shipping is available to selected destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the recipient where applicable.

Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@dohrek.com within this period, stating your order number and the item you wish to return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached. Please take care when trying on garments and avoid contact with perfume, makeup or other products that may leave marks.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Once the returned item has been received, or you have provided proof of return shipment, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original standard delivery costs are refunded where required by law. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the shipping cost of the replacement, unless the item is faulty or the exchange is otherwise covered by applicable law.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may exercise your applicable right of withdrawal and request a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not able to assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your tracking indicates an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

If your package arrives with a defect or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve the situation.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made especially for you and therefore cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once the order is placed.

Estimated shipping windows are provided at checkout, but slight variations may occur due to production or supply timelines.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience.

This includes your name, contact information, shipping address, and payment details.
